QR menu and self-service kiosk for Kenyan restaurants
Let guests order without waiting for a waiter. A QR code on each table opens your menu on the guest's phone, and a self-service kiosk takes the order and the M-Pesa payment and prints the receipt.

QR menu at the table
- Each table has its own code; guests see your menu, prices and photos
- Orders go to the waiter to confirm, then to the kitchen
- Dishes you mark as finished leave the menu at once
Self-service kiosk
- Guests choose their food on a tablet or touch screen at the entrance
- Pay now by M-Pesa: the PIN prompt goes to the guest's phone and the receipt prints as paid
- Or pay at the counter: the receipt prints with the number to show the cashier
- Each receipt carries the order number the kitchen calls out
- Buffet tickets with adult and child prices and a QR code checked at the buffet
Safe for your business
A kiosk is paired once with a code from a manager. It only shows your menu and takes orders: it cannot see sales, staff or reports, and once stopped it needs a new code from a manager. Payments go straight to your own till or paybill.
Questions
Which plan has the QR menu and the kiosk?
The QR menu is on the Restaurant plan (KES 2,999 a month) and Restaurant Pro. The self-service kiosk and buffet tickets are on Restaurant Pro (KES 5,999 a month). Every new restaurant tries both free for a month.
Do guests pay by M-Pesa at the kiosk?
Yes. When a guest taps pay now, an M-Pesa PIN prompt is sent to the phone number they type. Once they pay, the order goes to the kitchen and the kiosk prints a paid receipt with their number.
What printer does the kiosk need?
Any ESC/POS receipt printer, 58 mm or 80 mm, on the network, USB or Bluetooth. Staff set it up from the kiosk's staff menu and print a test page.
