Questions
Can I scan barcodes with my phone?
Yes. In the BlueDuka app on Android, and on the website in Chrome on a phone, tap the camera button in the search box and point it at the barcode: the product goes into the sale. USB and Bluetooth barcode scanners work on every device, including the Windows app.
Does it keep selling when the internet goes off?
Yes, on the Android and Windows apps and on an iPhone with BlueDuka on the Home Screen: sales, returns, opening and closing the till and receiving stock keep working offline and upload when the internet returns.
How many cashiers and computers can I have?
Starter has the owner plus 5 staff and 2 computers; Business has 14 staff, 3 branches and 5 computers; Premium has 49 staff, 10 branches and 15 computers. Enterprise is unlimited.
Can a cashier give big discounts?
Only within the limit you set. A bigger discount needs a manager's approval (Business plan).
