Time and billing

  • Timesheets per staff member, client and job
  • Billable hours turned into one invoice per client
  • Invoices with due dates, statements and reminders, paid by M-Pesa or bank

Manage clients, projects, employees and finances in one system

A client accepts a quotation and it becomes a project with stages, a deadline and the people on it. Staff record their hours against the project, and expenses for it are recorded as they happen.

The invoice is made from the hours and the agreed price, with a deposit if you ask for one and reminders until it is paid. You see the profit on each project, staff commissions and pay come from the same records, and the books are kept for your accountant.

Projects

  • Projects with tasks, owners and due dates
