Accounting software for Kenyan shops and restaurants, built into the POS
Your sales, purchases and expenses already live in BlueDuka, so the books are kept as you trade instead of typed in again at month end.
What the books do
- Double-entry books that update with every sale, purchase, expense and payment
- Profit and loss, balance sheet, trial balance and cash reports
- VAT and Turnover Tax summaries worked out from your sales
- M-Pesa and bank statement matching, so you see what has and has not been paid
- A separate login for your accountant, who sees the books without running your till
- Export the books and stock lists at any time: your records belong to you
Optional: KRA eTIMS
If your business needs eTIMS, you can connect your own KRA OSCU registration and sales are sent to KRA by themselves. BlueDuka is not a KRA-certified integrator: KRA approves your registration. The step-by-step guide is on the eTIMS page.
Plans
Accounting is on the Business plan (KES 1,999 a month) and above for shops, and on the Restaurant plans and the creative studio plan.
